The History of the North
Penn Football Team has been broken up into several pages &
sections. You can use the hyperlinks at the top of this page
to navigate to the different areas. Items that appear in "True
Blue" are for North Penn High School. North Penn's school
colors are Navy & Columbia. Items
that appear in Maroon are for Lansdale High School. The colors
for the Lansdale High School Huskies are Maroon and White.

Tim Neely (Sports Editor for the North
Penn Reporter, 1990-94) has written two very interesting articles
for our web site pertaining to the pre-1920's
of Lansdale High School Football and the 1920' and 1930's
of North Wales High School Football. Please follow the links
below to read his articles and learn more about the Knights
History:
A number of people have
email and asked questions about what the football players are
holding in the pictures from 1894, 1899 & 1905. We have
found out that they are Nose-Guards. If you would like more
information about the Nose-Guards click
here and see a complete diagram of the "old-time"
Nose-Guard.
I do not know the records
of these years and that is why they are not included in the "Decades"
section or
the "vs. Opponents" section. If anyone has more info
on these please email me.
